A companion app for CellarTracker.

Workflows, charts, and an MCP server you can connect Claude to.

We use CellarTracker every day and aren't trying to replace it — Cellardoor sits alongside CT, not in place of it. Your data stays in CellarTracker; Cellardoor keeps a synced copy.

Workflows

Audit by bin from your phone. Pull bottles for an event. Receive new shipments.

Charts

Cellar size over time. Monthly buys and drinks. Breakdowns by producer, region, and type.

MCP server

Wire it up to Claude or any LLM with MCP support and ask real questions about your cellar. Read-only, scoped to you.

MCP server for Claude

Cellardoor exposes a remote MCP server. Authorize it from Claude (or any MCP-supporting client) and the model can read your inventory, tasting notes, purchases, and consumption history — answering from the actual data.

What's my Burgundy Grand Cru exposure by producer?
What did I spend on wine in 2024, by month?
Pick something to drink tonight with a ribeye.
What did I rate Rousseau Gevrey-Chambertin recently?
Which producers do I have the most of?
How much Champagne is non-vintage vs. vintage?

Connect Claude

In Claude.ai, add a custom connector pointing at:

Claude will prompt you to authorize Cellardoor on first connect. Manage authorized apps from Settings → Connected Apps.

Read-only, scoped to your cellar, revocable any time.

Workflows

Audit

Walk the cellar with a phone. Capture each bin, reconcile against CellarTracker, fix the drift in one batch.

Build a list for tonight or this weekend. Cellardoor maps each bottle to its bin.

Receive

Open a winery shipment, paste or scan the names, push into CellarTracker inventory.

Charts

Cellar size and value over time, monthly buys vs. drinks, breakdowns by producer, region, and type. Click any bar or slice for the bottles behind it.

Vineyard map

Parcel-level vineyard data for Burgundy, Rhône, and Bordeaux.
