Cellardoor (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a wine cellar management application that helps you track and organize your wine collection.

Information We Collect

Google Sign-In

We use Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture (if available).

We use this information solely to create and identify your account, display your name and photo in the app, and send important account-related communications.

We do NOT access your Google Drive, Calendar, or other Google services. We do NOT share your Google account information with third parties. We do NOT use your information for advertising.

CellarTracker Integration

If you connect your CellarTracker account, we store your encrypted credentials to sync your wine inventory. Your CellarTracker password is encrypted at rest and never transmitted to our servers in plain text.

Wine Collection Data

Your wine inventory, tasting notes, and cellar organization data are stored in our database and associated with your account. This data is never shared with third parties.

Data Security

  • • CellarTracker credentials are encrypted at rest
  • • Database access is restricted and logged

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you maintain an account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
